Instructions

    Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
    Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until well combined.
    Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
    Fold in mashed bananas.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
    Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients.
    Stir until just combined (avoid overmixing).
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
    Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
